I dined in around 8:45 PM and the service was unacceptable. Not only was I waiting for my order of Pho for OVER AN HOUR, every time I asked the waitress for an update on it, she had no response. I ended up telling them to just package it to go and I still didn t get the order until 10:10 PM! I do not recommend! We were the only black people in the establishment, and the only people who seemed to have a problem! While everyone else got their side of onions and cilantro, straws, etc, I had to ask to receive just the bare minimum. This place is not only racist, but the service is terrible. For such a bad experience, the food wasn t even worth it! I RECOMMEND PHO SO 1 if you want to spend money on good Pho with decent service.

I placed my order through Ubereats, the entire order was perfect! I ordered wonton soup with bbq pork and matcha brown sugar creme brulee milk. The food was delicious, I highly recommend giving them a try! I will be returning.

Thai coffee was amazing. Spring rolls were great. Pho was fine. Very bland base broth. The meat in my pho was oxidized and green, which isnt inherently unsafe, but I stopped eating when I noticed. They didnt bring us mix ins we had to ask. Seems like shop does not have ac it was hot, and they had doors open and fans going. My partner and I both got sick by the end of the day, but it could have been unrelated.

my favorite pho place in rva! the owners and staff are extremely nice and the food is great. always get either number 9 or 10 (which is pretty much the same thing) but it s hit the stop every single time. the beef pho broth is rich and flavorful. the banh pho noodles have the perfect chew but are soft at the same time. i can tell they use fresh banh pho. the beef is always good and gets cooks nicely in the steaming hot broth. the cha gio is super crispy and fresh with the perfectly balanced nuoc mam. i love this place

I order 2 dishes: Steamed duck leg with egg noodle and Combination with clear noodle. The food today is average, the broth is quite salty. I dont know if that is because of eating at late of the night. Last time I ate here at lunch time, broth was perfect; that is why I came back for this time. But i m quite disaapointed this time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK! Photos of the food I received from my takeout order. The soda is COVERED in mold. The jalape?os had DARK BROWN/blackish seeds (indicating it s old). I don t trust this place to have anything fresh.

*WARNING FOR VETERANS * I don t know if it was racial or whatever the case maybe but i ve came multiple times after the new management and used my military discount. Today despite the literal veteran sticker being on the door at the time and last time being able to use it, I was denied the discount and gaslighted that they only do it on special occasions. My mom personally pressed no tip because of the unjustified behavior but guess what she was still charged $7 extra which she wouldn t have noticed if I didn t ask her about her transaction. I ve been to this place over 20+ times and i ve even referred about 10 people to this place. I am extremely disappointed in this nasty behavior, this is just a warning to the returning customers that it s not the same sweet people I used to support!!
